摘要
对锌银电池用电沉积粉进行研究,通过对不同设备、不同原材料、不同电流密度以及不同电解液条件下锌电沉积对比实验,讨论了不同实验参数对电沉积锌粉的比表面积和扫描电镜(SEM)等的影响,进而对电沉积锌工艺参数进行优化,以满足锌银电池超高倍率电流密度放电的要求。结果表明,利用优化后的工艺参数所得电沉积锌粉在比表面积、倍率性能以及批次稳定性等方面均有较大的改善。
Through contrast the different machines, material, current densities and electrolyte tests, the zinc electrodeposit powder for zinc-silver batteries was studied. The effects of different electrodeposit parameters on the specific surface and SEM of the zinc electrodeposit powder were discussed. And then the zinc electrodeposit parameters were optimized to satisfy the super-high discharge rate of zinc-silver batteries. The results show that the optimize parameter can improve the specific surface, high rate discharge, batch stability, and etc.
