摘要
目前的电梯绝大多数为变频调速电梯,而电梯应急电源包含有整流、逆变、电池组及检测等几个组成部分,从结构上看二者都具有整流、逆变等环节,浪费设备资源。对VVVF电梯的应急电源进行了优化设计,优化设计后的体积和质量会有大幅度减小,且增加了避免空梯施救和施救时系统冲击的功能,使应急电源的性能价格比有大幅度提高。在无机房电梯日趋增加的今天,其推广和应用前景看好。
At present, a large number of VVVF elevators are used, while the elevator emergency power includes rectifier, inverter, battery pack and detection, and etc. Both of them have rectifier, inverter and other links from a structural point of view, which caused a waste of equipment resources. In this paper, the design of the emergency power was optimized in VVVF elevator. After optimization, the size and weight will be drastically reduced, and it will have functions of avoiding empty rescue and impact of the rescue, so that the performance of emergency power will be improved and the cost of emergency power will be reduced. The promotion and application of the optimization design of elevator emergency power have higher practical value with the increase of non-machine room elevator.
