摘要
机床进行切削加工时,通常需要消耗大量的切削液,为了实现节能减排,将磷化膜和含钛酸钾晶须的固体润滑膜组成的复合固体润滑膜涂敷在高速钢车刀上,进行切削试验,并与切削油(煤油)进行切削效果对比。结果表明,复合固体润滑膜的切削性能与煤油切削油相当,且可有效降低高速钢刀具的磨损量,特别是在较大的进给量时;高速钢刀具表面经涂敷复合固体润滑膜后,能改善切削时润滑条件,减少切屑和刀具的黏附,提高刀具的耐磨寿命和加工精度。
A lot of cutting fluid will be used during machine tool operation.In order to save energy and reduce emission, the composite solid lubricating film composed of phosphating film and solid lubricant film with K2Ti4O9 whisker was coated on the high-speed steel turning tools,the cutting tests were made and the cutting effect was compared with that of using cutting oil (kerosene).The result shows that the cutting property of composite solid lubricating film is at the same level of kerosene, while the wear of high-speed steel tool is reduced,especially when reaching high feed rate. High-speed steel cutting tools coated with composite solid lubricating films can improve the lubrication condition,reduce the adhesion between chip and tool,and can improve tool service life and machining accuracy.
