过氧化物酶增殖物激活受体δ因子的研究进展
摘要
PPARs是配体激活转录因子,属于核激素受体超家族的一员,其在物质代谢[1]、组织细胞分化[2]和疾病相关性[3-4]方面已经有相当认识。自1990年发现了PPAR的α、γ亚型及其配体,在2000年Leibowitz又进一步发现PPARδ亚型及其激动剂可增加小鼠血清中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量.
