摘要
分析了蠕墨铸铁气缸盖的消失模铸造(EPC)与砂型铸造、金属型铸造的不同,指出了蠕墨铸铁气缸盖消失模铸造过程中应注意的问题。经生产验证,用消失模铸造生产蠕墨铸铁气缸盖完全适用于增压柴油机的工况条件。
The differences of casting technologies on vermicular cast iron cylinder head among expendable pattern casting and the metal mold, the sand mold were analyzed, and the problems that should be paid attention to during EPC of compacted graphite cast iron cylinder head were pointed out. The production practice verified that the vermicular cast iron cylinder head produced by EPC is applicable for compression-ignition engine.
