摘要
以球磨机勺头为例,运用铸造理论、金属凝固理论、热分析技术,对中小型球墨铸铁件产生的球化不良、缩松、气孔、裂纹、夹渣等铸造缺陷的影响因素进行了分析总结,并采取了相应的控制预防措施。
The factors causing the casting defects of spoon head of ball mill such as abnormal nodularizing, dispersed shrinkage, gas hole, crack, and slag inclusion were analyzed, by means of casting theory, metal solidification theory and thermal analysis techniques. The defects are formed in the production of small and medium size ductile iron castings. The corresponding control and prevention measures were adopted.
