凝固模拟技术在汽车传动器壳体铝合金铸件工艺优化中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 应用华中科技大学开发的InteCast铸造凝固模拟软件,对汽车传动器壳体铝合金铸件的铸造工艺进行了凝固过程模拟。根据凝固模拟结果和试生产情况分析了铸件出现的缩孔缺陷,进行了工艺优化并再次进行凝固模拟验证,确定了最终的铸造工艺方案并用于铸件生产,有效地控制了缩孔缺陷的产生,大大提高了工艺出品率。 The casting technology of automobile transmission shell was simulated by using InteCast solidification simulating software of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. On the basis of the simulated results and through comparison with the practice production, the shrinkage of castings was analyzed and the modified scheme was proposed and further simulated. Finally, the optimal casting technology was confirmed after verified by further simulation and applied in the production. The results show that the shrinkage was obviously reduced or even eliminated and the technological yield of the casting was enhanced remarkably.
