摘要
从QT550-5球墨铸铁材质的要求出发,对铸态QT550-5球墨铸铁熔炼过程中化学成分的选择、铸造工艺、原材料选择、熔炼工艺、球化处理、孕育处理、质量检测等方面进行了分析说明。提出合理的成分配比、熔炼、球化、孕育处理工艺。经检测,所得材料的力学性能达到了QT550-5的要求,金相组织符合标准。
In order to meet materials requirement for the QT550-5 ductile iron, the analysis was carried out on the aspects such as the confirmation of chemical composition, design of foundry technology, selection of raw materials, melting technology, spheroidization and inoculation treatment, and quality inspection. The optimal technological parameters were obtained at last, and the testing results show that the mechanical properties and the microstructure of the materials met the requirement for the QT550-5 ductile iron.
