The shortage of financial educational funds input needs to be solved by multi-channels. From necessity, inevitability, feasibility, the paper first analyzes the features of land, the property of land transfer rent and the commonality of educational products, and compares the statistical data of the funds over the years. The conclusion is on the condition of the limited educational input channels and limited amount, it has feasibility in the theory and practice that land transfer rent can make up for the shortage of input in education.
