摘要
将企业技术创新模式分为纯市场、纯企业和中间模式三种形式,并构建相应的技术边界分析框架。在静态(短期)决策中,垄断性技术的创新模式选择以能力分析为基础,而外溢性技术的创新模式选择通过内、外部交易费用比较;在动态(长期)决策中,企业的所有能力(包括核心能力)都是可竞争的,企业的完全自主研发的机率将下降,而合作的机率将上升。实证分析显示,企业技术合作的密切程度由多项机制和情境因素共同决定。
The enterprise technological innovation is divided into three models, which are pure market, pure enterprise and intermediate mode. The paper constructs the corresponding analytic framework of technical boundary. The technological innovation of monopoly model is based on the capability analysis in the static (short-term) decision-making. And the technological innovation of spillovers model is based on the comparison of internal and external transaction cost. All capacity (including the core competencies) of the enterprises can be competed, and the chances of independent research and development ability will be lower, but the chances of cooperation will increase. The result of the analysis has indicated that the close degree of enterprise technological cooperation is determined by a number of mechanisms and situational factors.
