科技论文在线模式认同度影响因素调查

A Survey on the Affecting Factors on Acceptance of On-line Scientific Paper Sharing Model

针对当前科技论文在线模式认同度有待提高这一问题,本文给出了科技工作者关于科技论文在线模式认同度的影响因素的调查研究结果。依据心理学的基本理论,本调查按照人的行为特性将影响科技工作者认同度的各类因素归纳为认知因素、理性因素和非理性因素。通过问卷调查对各因素进行了测量,进而对各因素之间的结构和影响机理进行了分析讨论,发现了科技工作者发表和查阅论文的主观动机、需要与科技论文在线模式特性之间的匹配关系对其认同度起到了最为主要的作用,其他因素起次要作用,最后相应提出了科技论文在线模式认同度的提升对策。

To improve the acceptance of academic staff to scientific paper network sharing mode,this paper presents the result of a survey on the affecting factors of the acceptance.Based on the theory of psychology,we identify the affecting factors and summarize them as cognitive factor,rational factor and irrational factor in accordance with the characteristics of human behavior.A survey was conducted to measure these factors.Then we analyze and discuss the structure and affecting mechanism of these factors.We found that the relationship between the mode characteristics and the academic publisher or reader＇s motivation and needs plays a major role in determining the acceptance.Finally proposes to improve the acceptance was made.
