国家与社会视阈下的辽宁农村剩余劳动力转移

Transformation of rural surplus labor forces in Liaoning——viewing on affinity between states and societies

针对农村剩余劳动力转移的问题,采用实地调查方法,分析了辽宁农村剩余劳动力转移中的政府与市场,结果表明:辽宁的农村剩余劳动力转移需要走政府主导下的市场化模式。该结果为辽宁的社会类型研究提供了理论指导。

In wiew of the problem of transformation of rural surplus labor forces,the article analyzes the relationship between states and societies in the transformation of rural surplus labor forces based on the survey in five villages.As a result,modes of transformation of rural surplus labor forces in Liaoning province can only be a marketing mode led by the government.This reserch result becomes a theoretical basis for survey of social type of Liaoning.
