摘要
围绕高校辅导员建设问题,采用实证分析的方法,阐述了辅导员工作课程化的内涵,论证了辅导员工作课程化的必要性,提出通过形成"三位一体"的推进模式,整合规范性的课程体系,建立科学的评价机制等实现辅导员工作的课程化。研究结果对调动辅导员工作积极性,增强辅导员工作实效性起到推动作用。
This paper expounds the connotation of course of work of college counselors and demonstrates the necessity of course of work surrounding the issues of the construction of college counselors and with empirical analysis method.It also puts forward achieving the work of counselors.through the formation of a "trinity" of progression,integrating normative curriculum and establishing a scientific evaluation mechanism,The research result will play a significant role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of counselors and enhancing the effectiveness of work.
