全球化背景下博士生教育国际化现状与趋势分析——以美国、英国为案例 被引量:9

摘要 20世纪90年代以来,以知识为基础的全球竞争日益激烈,在这一背景下,世界范围的博士生教育发生了巨大的变革。"竞争"成为博士生教育的重要理念,博士生教育越来越多地出现在科技创新和经济发展的命题之下。因此,吸收最优秀的学生、促进国际间博士生教育的交流与合作、培养在全球经济中最具竞争优势的高技术人才成为各国博士生教育的重要目标和策略。以美国、英国为案例,研究两国博士生教育国际化的现状,并在此基础上进一步对博士生教育国际化的发展趋势与特征进行了分析。
