摘要 针对电解槽运行过程中相继出现的阳极法兰腐蚀严重、阳极网凹陷变形、阳极边网与边框焊点脱焊等设计缺陷问题,更换新网时对电极板阳极室进行技术改造,并增加电解单元,不仅解决了出现的问题,而且增加了装置能力。 The problems occurred sequentially during running of electrolyzers, including serious corrosion of anode flanges, depressed deformation of anode nets, weld crack between edges of anode nets and edges of frames. Design defects accounted for these problems. According to the above problems, the anode compartments in electrode plates were technical innovated when changing to new nets, and the number of electrolysis units were increased, and thus the problems were solved and the capacity of the facility were increased.
