基于知识管理的景区管理优化研究——以镇江茅山风景区为例

摘要 随着全球化经济的发展以及科技的进步,景区的经营环境发生了变化,景区间的竞争也日益激烈,在这种情况下,知识管理成为景区赢得竞争优势的一种有效的途径.本文首先阐述了旅游景区知识管理的内涵及特征,并以茅山风景区为例,采取抽样调查的方法,从景区显性、隐性知识的管理、信息化建设、组织结构以及人力资源等方面对知识管理的现状进行了分析,总结出目前茅山风景区知识管理方面存在的一些问题,最后提出了相应的对策. With the advent of globalization and knowledge -based economy, the economical environment of the scenic areas has changed and the competition is becoming more and more fierce. In this case, knowledge management has become an effective tool for scenic areas getting competitive advantage. This paper firstly defines the content and the features of the knowledge management applying in scenic areas. And then taking Mount Mao for example, on the basis of the sample survey for the staff working in situation of knowledge management in Mount Mao. After clarifying forward. Finally, by the study of Mount Mao, it also reflects the scenic areas in China.
