围手术期输血对乳腺癌病人红细胞免疫粘附功能的影响

Effect of perioperative blood transfusion on RBC immune adherence function in the patients with breast\ cancer

为探讨围手术期输血对乳癌病人的影响，采用简单形态学方法检测了输血组与未输血组两组病人的红细胞免疫粘附功能，结果发现，输血组红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率及肿瘤红细胞花环率明显降低，而免疫复合物花环率明显增强。说明围手术期输血可使病人红细胞免疫粘附功能受到抑制。故手术期应尽量避免不必要的输血。

To study the effect of blood transfusion on the patients with breast cancer, using simple morphologic methods, the immune adherence function of erythrocyte was determined in patients with breast cancer The results showed that the rosette rate of RBC C 3b receptor and the rosette rate of tumor RBC were significantly lower in the patients who had received transfusions of whole bloods than that who hadn't received transfusions of whole bloods Also, a signficant increase of the rosette rate of immune complex was observed in the patients who had received transfusions of whole bloods It means that perioperative blood transfusion may impair RBC immune adherence function Unnecessary operative transfusions must be confined in order to improve the effect of operation treatment
