摘要
目的:明确广东地区恙虫病立克次体(Rt)的流行株型别。方法:以Rt主要外膜蛋白56kDa型特异抗原基因(tsa56Kda)为靶基因设计并合成群、型特异引物,采用NPCR法对广东地区的标本进行株型鉴定。结果:广东顺德、南海等地恙螨、野鼠及患者所携带Rt为Karp株。结论:顺德、南海等地流行优势株为Karp株,且媒介恙螨。
Objective: To define the type of Rt in endemic areas of tsutsugamushi disease of Guangdong. Methods: The group and types primers were derived from 56 kDa protein of Rt. Nested polymerase chain reaction (NPCR) method was used for detecting and typing Rickettsia tsutsugamushi (Rt). Then the strain specific gene sequence of local epidemic strains were cloned. Results: The type of Rt in specimens from Shunde and Nanhai were Karp strain and the positive recombinant pUC18 RK was conducted. Conclusions: The main epidemic strain in Shunde and Nanhai is Karp strain and the vector chigger mites, wild rats and patients carry the same type of Rt.
