摘要
通过对７ 例１０ 侧术前触不到睾丸的隐睾患者行腹腔镜检查及相应的治疗，探讨了腹腔镜在此类病例的诊断及治疗中的价值。１０ 侧隐睾的睾丸均准确定位。１ 侧行睾丸切除，４ 侧行第一期Ｆｏｗ ｌｅｒ－Ｓｔｅｐｈｅｎｓ术。随访１～２ 年，疗效满意。提示本方法因其安全、可靠、准确性高而在临床诊断及治疗上有重要的应用价值。
To investigate the value of laparoscopy on the diagnosis and management of children with impalpable testes,seven patients underwent laparoscopy for ten impalpable testes.Laparoscopy was successful in locating the testes in all cases.One testes was removed and fourtestes were given first stage Fowler Stephens procedure.The patients were followed up 1～2 years,showing satisfactory result.Laparoscopy is a safe,reliable,accurate and valuable method on diagmosis and management of patient with impalpable testes.
