心脉灵注射液对内毒素休克大鼠海马组织NOS活性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Xinmailing Injection on NOS Activity of HippocampalTissue of the Endotoxin Shocked Rat

摘要 采用尾静脉注射大肠杆菌内毒素复制大鼠内毒素休克模型,检测动物血压、脑系数、海马组织一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性及海马CA1区形态学改变,探讨心脉灵注射液对内毒素休克大鼠的作用机理。结果显示:与病理组相比,注入心脉灵注射液后1h、6h,动物血压上升,脑系数下降,海马组织NOS活性显著增高,海马CA1区神经元损伤明显减轻,动物无死亡。提示心脉灵注射液能够改善内毒素休克所致的低血压及脑水肿,保护海马CA1区神经元,增强海马组织NOS活性,起到抗内毒素休克的作用。 Injecting colitoxin to caudal vein was used to duplicate rat model of endotoxin shock. Examine blood pressure, cerebral coefficient, nitrous oxide synthetase (NOS) activity of hippocampal tissue and morphological modification in the CA1 section of the hippocampal tissue, to discuss the mechanism of action of Xinmailing Injection on the endotoxin shocked rat. Results: Compared with the pathologic group, after injecting Xinmailing 1h and 6h respectively, the blood pressure was increased, cerebral coefficient decreased, NOS activity of hippocampal tissue markedly accentuated, the injured neurons of the CA1 section of hippocampal tissue markedly relieved. It suggests that Xinmailing Injection can improve the hypotension and venous edema caused by endotoxin shock, protect neurons of the CA1 section of hippocampal tissue, enhance the NOS activity of hippocampal tissue, so to take an effection of anti endotoxin shock.
