2007～2009年我院口服抗糖尿病药用药分析

Utilization of Oral Antidiabetic Drugs in Our Hospital During 2007～2009

目的:了解我院口服抗糖尿病药应用特点和趋势。方法:对我院2007～2009年口服抗糖尿病药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计,并参考国内文献进行分析。结果:由3年数量份额分析,我院用量较多的3类药为磺酰脲类、双胍类、α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂。结论:我院用药基本合理,但尚需进一步规范。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the characteristics and tendency of the utilization of orally antidiabetic drugs in our hospital.METHODS：The consumption quantity and consumption sum of orally antidiabetic drugs in our hospital during 2007 ～ 2009 were analyzed statistically by taking domestic literature as references.RESULTS：Of all the oral antidiabetic drugs used in our hospital over the 3 years,sulfonylureas,biguanides and α-glucosidase inhibitors topped the list in terms of consumption quantity.CONCLUSION：The utilization of antidiabetic drugs in our hospital is rational on whole yet it remains to be further standardized.
