我院门诊抗高血压药使用情况分析

Outpatient Utilization of Antihypertensive Drugs in Our Hospital

目的:了解我院门诊患者抗高血压药的使用情况。方法:采用WHO推荐的限定日剂量方法,对我院2009年12月门诊处方抗高血压药的使用情况进行统计分析。结果:患者年龄在61～75岁之间的发病率最高,占47.24%;处方出现频率列前5位的依次是钙通道阻滞剂(CCB)、β受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(ARB)、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)和利尿剂;抗高血压药应用频度(DDDs)列前3位的分别是非洛地平缓释片、氨氯地平片和美托洛尔片;联合用药占全部处方的63.67%,以二联用药为主,其中采用长效二氢吡啶类CCB与β受体阻滞剂联用的处方最多。结论:我院应用抗高血压药情况基本符合我国和欧洲高血压防治指南的原则。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization of antihypertensive drugs in outpatients of our hospital.METHODS：The utilization of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital during Dec.2009 was analyzed statistically by using definite daily dose（DDD） recommended by WHO as indicator.RESULTS：The outpatients aged between 61 to 75 years topped the list,accounting for 47.24%.The top five drugs prescribed in prescriptions were Calcium antagonists（CCB）,β receptor blocking agents,Angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonists（ARB）,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor（ACEI） and Uretic.In terms of DDDs,Felodipine Sustained-release Tablets,Amlodipine and Metoprolol ranked the first 3 places in antihypertensive drugs.The drug combination prescriptions accounted for 63.67%,mostly in combination of two kinds of drugs.Among the drug combinations,the combination of DHPs Calcium antagonists with prolonged action with β receptor blocking agents took the lead.CONCLUSION：The utilization of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically in line with Chinese and European Guidelines on Prevention and Management of High Blood Pressure.
