乌梅对豚鼠离体胆囊平滑肌运动的影响

The Effects of Fructus Mume on the Movement of Isolated Gallbladder Smooth Muscles

目的：观察不同浓度乌梅对胆囊平滑肌运动的影响。方法：用８个灌流肌槽同时记录实验动物胆囊肌条的自发收缩活动。结果：（１）低浓度的乌梅对胆囊肌条的收缩活动具有抑制作用，而高浓度的乌梅对胆囊肌条张力的影响则呈现先降低后增高的双向性反应；（２）心得安、消炎痛、雷尼替丁、六烃季铵、Ｌ－ＮＮＡ均未阻断乌梅对胆囊肌条的作用。

Object:To study the effects of different Fructus Mume concentrations.Method:The automatic movement of exsomatixed gallbladder muscles were observed with 8 perfusion myon slots.Results:1.The restriction of gallbladder muscles was inhibited by low concentration,the tension of it was first lowered and then stimulated by high concentration.2.The effects of Fructus Mume was not blocked by inderal,indomethacin,ranitidine,hexamethonium and L NNA.Conclusion:The effects of Fructus Mume was directly on smooth muscles.
