摘要
本文报告隆突支气管成形肺切除治疗晚期中心型肺癌１２例，术后随访中３例分别于１５，１９，１８年死于复发转移，９例健在，最长生存５年，平均２８８个月。对其手术要点、呼吸管理及术后并发症作了讨论，认为这一手术方式对年龄大，心肺功能差，既往需根治性全肺切除的病例有重要意义。
This paper reports 12 patients with late staged center lung cancer treated by reconstruction of the carina and bronchus.All patients were followed up.3 cases died of recurrent and metastasis within 1 5,1.9,1.8 years,respectively,9 cases still alive,average survival time is 28.8 months.Surgical skill,airway management,postoperative complications were discussed.The author believes that this approach of operation has an important value for aged patients,Cardio-pulmonary function damage,and reduced unnecessary pneumonectomy.
