呼吸肌训练对运动能力的影响

摘要 本文选用文献资料法对呼吸肌训练和呼吸肌训练对运动能力的影响做了简要的综述,通过有关文献可知呼吸肌运用合理负荷是可训练的,而且呼吸肌训练对耐力成绩有少量的但可能是有重大意义的影响。
