Expression of Quox 1 Gene in Human Leukemic Marrow Cells

Ｑｕｏｘ－１是从５ｄ胚龄鹌鹑的ｃＤＮＡ文库中克隆的同源盒基因，属于ＣｌａｓｓⅠＨｏｘ基因家族的特别成员，至今未分离出其人类同源基因。用免疫细胞化学技术（ＳＰ法）检测了４２例人白血病患者骨髓细胞的Ｑｕｏｘ－１表达。结果发现１０例急性淋巴细胞性白血病（ＡＬＬ）全部阳性，染色部位在细胞核，而在慢性髓性白血病（ＣＭＬ）、慢性淋巴细胞性白血病（ＣＬＬ）、急性髓细胞白血病（ＡＭＬ，包括Ｍ１～Ｍ７）中表达低甚至不表达，这为进一步从相应肿瘤中筛选、克隆Ｑｕｏｘ－１的人类同源基因提供了可能的肿瘤模型，并为临床诊断ＡＬＬ提供了一种参考指标。
