HSU_(17714)基因在原发性肝癌及癌周肝组织中表达的研究

Studies on Expression of HSU 17714 Gene in Primary Hepatic Cancer and Its Adjacent Liver Tissue

采用斑点杂交（Ｄｏｔｂｌｏｔ）对１０例人原发性肝癌和癌周肝组织中的ＨＳＵ１７７１４基因的ｍＲＮＡ表达进行了比较研究。结果表明，ＨＳＵ１７７１４基因在肝癌组织和癌周肝组织中的表达有极显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。１０例样品中，７例肝癌组织中ＨＳＵ１７７１４ｍＲＮＡ表达显著高于癌周肝组织，２例在两种组织中的表达无差异，１例在癌周组织中ＨＳＵ１７７１４ｍＲＮＡ表达略高于肝癌组织。该实验结果表明ＨＳＵ１７７１４基因表达与肝癌有显著相关性。

Comparative studies on mRNA expression of HSU 17714 gene in primary hepatic cancers (PHC) and the adjacent liver tissues of 10 patients were performed by using Dot blot hybridization The results showed that distinct expression of HSU 17714 gene was found in PHC and its adjacent liver tissues ( P <0 01) Among the 10 cases, 7 cases showed a much higher mRNA expression of HSU 17714 gene in PHC than in the adjacent liver tissues, 2 had no difference in both kinds of tissues and 1 slightly higher mRNA expression of HSU 17714 gene in liver tissue than in PHC These results indicated that there was an obvious relationship between up regulated expression of HSU 17714 gene and PHC
