Luque与Steffee技术在不稳定型胸腰椎骨折手术中的复位与固定作用 被引量:1

THE COMPARISON OF CLINICAL OUTCOME OF LUQUE AND STEFFEE METHODS IN TREATING UNSTABLE THORACIC AND LUMBER FRACTURES

摘要 目的:比较Luque与Stefee两种技术在不稳定型胸腰椎骨折手术中的复位与固定作用。方法:收集本院1989~1992年及1992~1995年间分别采用Luque与Stefee技术治疗胸腰椎不稳定型骨折各34例,对术前、术后1年X片伤椎后突角、椎体移位度及压缩度测量比较。结果:对各种不稳定型胸腰椎骨折治疗,Stefee技术与Luque技术相比在复位与固定方面均表现出明显的优越性。结论:Stefee技术在治疗胸腰椎骨折方面,比Luque技术更理想、可靠,更符合脊柱生物力学要求。 Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the difference in clinical outcome with Luque's rod or Steffee plate planted to make reduction and fixation of injured vertebrae.Methods:68 patients with unstable thoracic and lumbar fractures were included.34 of them underwent Luque's method in operation from 1989 to 1992 and another 34 underwent Steffee method from 1992-1995.All patients were followed for at least 1 year and received X-ray imaging before operation and 1 year after operation.We evaluated these results by changing angles of kyphsis,degrees of compression and degrees of displacement of injured vertebrae.Results:As to each type of injury (compression type,bursting type or fracture with dislocation),Steffee method is superior to Luque one,it can achieve much stronger fixation and more reduction,which is 70% on average.Conclusion:Steffee plate is more conformed to the biomechanism of spine,and much better than Luque's rod in treating unstable thoracic or lumbar fractures.
