企业信息技术外包关系研究现状及测量方法
摘要
实践和理论均表明,企业信息技术外包越来越成为企业信息化建设的首选方式,而外包关系的管理对最终外包成功有着重要影响。本文旨在对国内外的IT外包关系研究进行全面总结和深入归纳,以供学术界和企业管理者参考实践。
