Focus on the Governance of State-owned Enterprises from the Experiences of Temasek

本文根据对新加坡淡马锡国有控股公司考察后的感受和思考,分析了我国国有企业与其在治理理念与文化环境方面的差异,提出了北京市属国有企业有效治理的改革建议。

This article analyzed the differences of China＇s state-owned enterprises and its governance ideas and cultural environment based on visiting feeling in Singapore and thinking of its unique state-owned holding company—Temasek,and put forward some effective governance reform proposals for Beijing state-owned enterprises.
