摘要
薪酬制度是企业管理制度的重要组成部分。科学合理的企业薪酬制度,有利于激发全体员工积极性和创造性,增强员工队伍的和谐与企业的竞争力。本文对我国宝钢、武钢、鞍钢和首钢等大型钢铁企业薪酬制度的改革探索做了总结分析,并就其薪酬制度的特点加以比较。
