LOCATED in the Urban Best Practices Area,the ZED (zero fossil energy developments) Pavilion for Shanghai World Expo 2010 is China’s first zero-carbon emitting public building. The building complex is powered by an assortment of solar,wind and water energy;even food scraps are used to produce electricity through decomposition.
