ZHOU Chunyu,mayor of Ma’anshan City,Anhui Province has fin ally realized his long-held dream.On March 26 this year his city was officially admitted as a member of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Coordination Council(YRDECC)at the 2010 mayoral joint conference in Jiaxing,Zhejiang Province.
