乳腺科非特异性肋软骨炎误诊96例分析

Analysis on Misdiagnosis of 96 Cases of Nonspecific Costochondritis

目的通过对乳腺科非特异性肋软骨炎误诊病例进行分析,探讨误诊原因,以期降低误诊率。方法回顾分析乳腺门诊诊治的将非特异性肋软骨炎误诊为其他疾病的病例共96例。结果 96例的误诊诊断是:乳腺增生87例,肋间神经痛6例,神经官能症3例;首诊误诊至明确诊断时间为1周～2年。结论以胸前壁疼痛为主要症状的非特异性肋软骨炎比较容易误诊为乳腺增生,应引起乳腺科医生重视;通过详细询问病史和认真体格检查,该病不难确诊;非甾体类镇痛消炎药辅以长效类固醇激素局部封闭治疗,方法简单,疗效满意。

Objective To explore the course of misdiagnosis of nonspecific costochondritis and expecte to cut down the rate of misdiagnosis.Methods The data of 96 cases of nonspecific costochondritis which were misdiagnosed as other diseases Jan.2007 to Jun.2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results In all 96 cases,87 cases were misdiagnosed as hyperplasia of mammary glands,6 cases as intercostal neuralgia,3 cases as neurosis.The interval time from first misdiagnosis to confirmed nonspecific costochondritis was 1 to 2 years.Conclusion Nonspecific costochondritis presents with severe breast pain and is easy to be misdiagnosed with hyperplasia of mammary glands.The disease can be confirmed through detailed patient history and examine.The region blockade with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug and prolonged action-steroid hormone is the main treatment methods.
