摘要
目的探讨各期尘肺患者肺功能损害的程度和性质。方法测定126名煤工尘肺病患者肺功能,观察肺通气功能指标:肺活量、用力肺活量、最大通气量、1秒量、1秒率等各项指标的改变。结果煤工尘肺病患者肺通气功能指标存在一定程度的减低。各期矽肺患者肺功能损害差异有统计学意义,随着期别增加,肺功能损害越发严重。而且肺功能损伤与煤工尘肺X线胸片肺阴影的肺区分布的数量有关。结论煤工尘肺肺功能损伤不仅随着期别增加而增重,而且随着肺区阴影数的增加而加重。肺功能障碍分型也逐渐由限制性/阻塞性向混合性通气障碍转变。
Objective To explore the degree and characteristic of pulmonary functions damage in different stages of coal worker's pneumoconiosis(CWP).Methods To determinate the lung functions of 126 CWP patients,observe the change of indexes of pulmonary ventilation function,including vital capacity(VC),forced vital capacity(FVC),VCmax,FEV1,FEV1% and so on.Results There was a certain degree of reduction of the indexes of ventilation among CWP patients.The damaging degree of silicosis patients were different,which was easy to see in different stages.The lung function damage became more and more serious with the increase of stage.And the lung function damage was related to the number of CWP lung chest X-ray shadows in lung zones.Conclusion The CWP lung damage not only aggravate with the stage but also with the number of shadows in lung zones.The classification of pulmonary dysfunction is also turned restrictive/obstructive pattern change towards mixed ventilation disorder pattern gradually.
