浅谈手足口病区护理管理体会

Nursing Management of Patients in Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease Wards

目的总结手足口病区的护理管理经验,规范的护理管理提高手足口病的疗效,防止护理并发症和医院感染发生,同时避免医护人员发生职业暴露。方法通过科学而规范化的护理管理,建立并优化服务流程,加强感染管理,对患儿实施整体护理。结果手足口病患儿得到有效地治疗和护理,11例均治愈出院,无护理并发症及交叉感染发生,患儿及家属能积极配合治疗,家属能掌握自我防护方法 ,促进了疾病的痊愈,患儿家属满意。结论科学的护理组织管理是高效完成护理工作目标的重要保证。

Objective To summary the experiences of nursing management in hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）wards,enhance the curative effect,prevent from the nursing complications and nosocomial infection,and avoiding the occupational exposure of occupation in medical care personnel.Methods The scientific and standardized nursing management were performed,and the service flow was setup and optimized.The infection was strictly controlled and all patients underwent integrated nursing cares.Results The treatment and nursing cares 11 cases with HFMD were effectively,all cases were cured and discharged without nursing complications and cross-infections.The children and family members c cooperated positively with the treatment,grasped the method of self-protection,and promoted the cure of the disease.Conclusion Scientific organization and management is the key point to achieve the objectives of nursing with high-effect.
