摘要
目的探讨教师情绪表现与效能感的关系。方法采用情绪表现量表和教师效能感量表对170名中学教师进行测量,并对收集的数据进行相关性分析。结果教师情绪表现与个人教学效能感存在显著相关(r=0.246,P<0.05);教师个人教学效能感对情绪表现有一定的预测作用(B=0.258,P=0.001)。结论教师情绪表现与个人教学效能感存在一定关系,增强教师个人教学效能感有助于改善教师情绪表现的状况。
Objective To explore the relationship between teacher's expressivity and efficacy.Methods A total of 170 middle school teachers were tested by the five expressivity facet scales and teacher's efficacy scale.Results There was significant correlation between teacher's expressivity and personal teaching efficacy(r=0.246,P〈0.05).Personal teaching efficacy in some way had contribution to teacher's expressivity (B=0.258,P=0.001).Conclusion Teacher's expressivity is differently correlated with the dimensions of teacher's efficacy.To enhance personal teaching efficacy can help to improve teacher's expressivity.
