职业中专学生人际信任与应对方式的相关研究

Correlation Research between the Interpersonal Trust and Coping Style of Vocational School Students

目的了解职业中专学生的人际信任与应对方式的相关。方法采用人际信任量表、特质应对方式问卷对179名职中生(研究组)及58名普通高中生(对照组)进行问卷调查和相关研究。结果 1研究组的人际信任得分显著低于对照组(t=-2.690,P<0.01);与对照组相比,研究组的"消极应对"得分略高,"积极应对"得分略低,且均无显著差异(P>0.05);2职中生的人际信任和应对方式状况,在性别和生源地上均无显著差异(P>0.05);3职中生的人际信任程度与应对方式中的"消极应对"呈显著的负相关(r=-0.214,P<0.01),与"积极应对"呈不显著的正相关(r=0.039,P>0.05)。结论职中生的人际信任程度低于普通高中生且相对采取消极的应对方式;越采取积极应对方式的学生,其人际信任程度越高。

Objective To explore the relationship between the interpersonal trust and coping style of vocational school students.Methods A total of 179 vocational school students（study group） and 58 ordinary high school students（control group） were measured with Interpersonal Trust Scale and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire（TCSQ）.The data were processed by correlation analysis.Results ①The score of the interpersonal trust （t=-2.690,P〈0.01） in study group was significantly lower than that of control group;compared with control group,the score of ＂negative coping＂ in study group was slightly higher and the score of ＂positive coping＂ was slightly lower,but both of them showed no significant differences（P〈0.05）.②There were no significant differences between the interpersonal trust and coping style of vocational school students in gender and birthplace（P〈0.05）.③There was significant negative correlation between the interpersonal trust and the ＂negative coping＂ of coping style in vocational school students（r=-0.214,P〈0.01）;there was no significant positive correlation between the interpersonal trust and the ＂positive coping＂（r=0.039,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The degree of the interpersonal trust in vocational school students is lower than that of ordinary high school students and often the negative coping style.The more positive coping the vocational school students use,the higher the degree of the interpersonal trust of them.
