摘要
目的对5.12地震中有同学丧失的班级,采取团体悲伤辅导、艺术治疗等方式,帮助同学们理性面对丧失和走出悲伤,更好地投入未来生活。方法通过团体辅导和艺术治疗,对5.12地震后某高校有8名同学丧失的班级进行心理危机干预,并以症状自评量表(SCL-90)作为后测评估工具。结果 SCL-90显示,该班级学生经心理干预后各因子得分与对照组相比,差异均无显著性(t=0.940,P>0.05;t=-0.507,P>0.05;t=-0.808,P>0.05;t=-0.060,P>0.05;t=0.092,P>0.05;t=0.145,P>0.05;t=0.787,P>0.05;t=-0.248,P>0.05;t=0.000,P>0.05),显示干预取得了明显效果。结论团体哀伤辅导、艺术治疗手段以及后续的干预与支持,是大规模灾难后进行集体心理干预的有效形式。
Objective For students who lost their classmates in the 5·12 Earthquake,group-counseling has been conducted together with grief-lessening and art therapy so as to help them face the loss,experience the grief and get into better future.Methods A total of college students who have lost 8 classmates in the 5.12 earthquake had received crisis intervention,grief-lessening and art therapy,and SCL-90 questionnaire was used as post-evaluation.Results Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)questionnaire results showed no statistical significance comparing with control group(t=0.940,P〈0.05;t=-0.507,P〈0.05;t=-0.808,P〈0.05;t =-0.060,P〈0.05;t=0.092,P〈0.05;t=0.145,P〈0.05;t=0.787,P〈0.05;t=-0.248,P〈0.05;t=0.000,P〈0.05),and the intervention was effective.Conclusion Group-counseling,grief-lessening and art therapy are effective method for mass psychological intervention after a large-scale disaster.
