Improving the Mechanism of Request for Expressions of Interest:New Considerations for Maintaining Social Stability

随着社会改革的深化,新的社会矛盾不断出现,新的社会利益群体逐渐形成。不同的社会群体利益诉求的内容不同。畅通公民利益诉求表达渠道关系到30多年来改革的成败,也是衡量政府执政理念的一个重要标准。文章就完善公民利益表达机制,实现社会持续稳定进行思考并提出相关建议。

With the deepening of social reform, there have constantly appeared new social contradictions, gradually forming new groups with the same interest. Different social groups appeal for interests of different kinds. Channels for interest appeals should be smooth, which is vital to the success of our reform over the past thirty years or more and an important criterion for measuring the concept of governance as well. With further considerations, this article suggests ways for maintaining social stability in terms of improving the mechanism.
