摘要 本文在回顾个人与环境契合度理论及相关实证研究成果基础上,分析"个人与主管契合度"对员工工作态度的影响作用,进而提出相应理论假设,并通过实证方法证明了个人与主管契合度通过领导-员工交换的中介作用影响员工工作态度。
