摘要
本文研究线性包装系统关键部件在半正弦脉冲激励下的冲击特性。通过建立二自由度线性包装系统模型,得到冲击动力学方程并数值求解。依据结果得到关键部件三维冲击谱,并进一步讨论了频率比、脉冲激励幅值和系统参数对关键部件冲击谱的影响规律。结果表明,频率比、脉冲激励幅值和系统参数对关键部件冲击响应峰值影响显著。研究结论为产品包装设计提供了科学依据。
The shock characteristics of a linear packaging system with critical component were investigated under the action of half-sine acceleration pulse.The dynamical model of the system was developed,and the numerical results of the dynamical equations were obtained.Based on the results,the three-dimensional shock response spectra of critical component was obtained. And the effect of the pulse duration,the frequency ratio,the pulse peak acceleration on the maximum shock response acceleration of critical component was discussed.It's shown that the effect of the pulse duration and the frequency ratio is noticeable, while the pulse peak acceleration poses no effect.The results lead to some insights into the design of cushioning packaging.
