摘要
目的与传统方法比较,评价辐照氟银猪皮覆盖创伤创面的疗效。方法经积极抗休克、血压稳定后大面积皮肤撕脱伤创面(A组)覆盖辐照氟银猪皮;小面积皮肤撕脱伤创面(B组)和肉芽创面(D组),邮票植皮后再用辐照氟银猪皮覆盖;感染创面(C组)经反复清洗后用辐照氟银猪皮覆盖。结果A组创面渗出少,疼痛减轻;B组创面(9±1.43)天愈合;C组猪皮与创面平均黏附(10±2.55)天,肉芽新鲜;D组创面(12±1.30)天愈合。结论辐照氟银猪皮能减少创面液体、蛋白质、电解质渗出,减少热量散失,从而减轻严重创伤后的超高代谢,早期适用于大面积皮肤撕脱伤新鲜创面;能促进肉芽和上皮生长,防治创面感染,适用于感染创面和肉芽植皮创面。
Objective To study the effects of irradiated pig skin incorporated withnofloxacin and silver (IPSINS) on the healing of wound surface compared with traditionalmethods. Methods IPSINS was uest on the wound surface of large area of denuded An (groupA) aft6r aCtiVely resisting Shock and Stabling arterial procure. The patted with small area ofdenuded skin (group B) and wound surface with granulate (group D) first received Stampdernoplasty, then were treated with IPSINS. The patientS with infectious wound surface (groupC) were treated with IPSINS after being rinsed repestedly. Results The percolate and proteinloss on wound surface were reduced and pain alleviated in group A. The wound surface wascured well after (9 ± 1.43) days averagely in group B, the pig skin was Sticked toother withwound surface for (10 ± 2.55) days in group C, and the wound surface healed well after (12± 1.3) days in group D. Conclusion IPSINS can adduce fluid and protein loss, maintain anadequate eleCtrolyte balance of the wound surface, and reduce heat antiering. Therefore it canlessen high supermion after severe theufy, promote granulation tissue and epithelial cells togrow, and protect the wound surface against ignition.
