剖宫产术后晚期产后出血26例临床分析

Late Postpartum Hemorrhage After Caesarean Section:Clinical Analysis of 26 Cases

目的探讨剖宫产术后晚期产后出血发生的病因、时间及防治措施。方法对26例剖宫产术后晚期产后出血的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果发病原因依次为子宫切口感染,子宫复旧不良,子宫内膜炎,胎盘蜕膜残留。发生时间以剖宫产术后2周以上者占多数(80.76%),4例在6周以上。结论 26例剖宫产术后晚期产后出血患者均治愈出院。剖宫产术后晚期产后出血重在预防,应防治结合。

Objective To explore the late postpartum hemorrhage cause,time and control measures after caesarean section. Methods A rebvspective analysis was made of 26 cases of late postpartum hemorrhage after caesarean section. Results The causes were as follows：uterine incision infection,poor uterine involution,andometritis and residual placenta decidua. Most happened 2 weeks later after caesarean section （80.76%） and 4 cases happened 6 weeks later. Conclusion All 26 cases of late postpartum hemorrhage are cured. Late postpartum hemorrhage should focus on its prevention,and its prevention and treatment should be combined.
