摘要
目的探讨激素替代治疗(HRT)应用于造血干细胞移植后患者的安全性。方法选择我院2002年3月～2007年3月因各类白血病行异基因造血干细胞移植术17例的女性患者,进行HRT治疗,每半年进行妇科检查、乳腺的B超检查及问卷调查患者自觉症状。定期对接受HRT的妇女进行检查和评价,观察HRT的实际效果。结果用药后,患者各项生理指标出现不同程度的改善。结论从本文病例目前随访状况来看,HRT治疗效果较好,未发现致癌等的不良作用。
Objective To evaluate the safety of the hormone replacement therapy（HRT） used in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods The HRT treatment was carried out in 17 females who underwent cases allogeneic hematopoietie stem cell transplantation due to various types of leukemia in our hospital from March 2002 to March 2007, with every half-yearly gynecological examination, breast B-uhrasonic examination and questionnaires investigation. The regular examination and evaluation were carried out in the cases receiving HRT for its practical effect. Results After treatment, the physiological indicators in the cases showed varying degrees of improvement. Conclusion Our report shows HRT treatment is better and there are no temporary non-carcinogenic and other side effects.
