丹红注射液治疗糖尿病性脑梗死45例疗效及全血黏度观察

Danhong Injection for Diabetic Cerebral Infarction:Observation of 45 Cases

目的观察丹红注射液治疗糖尿病性脑梗死的疗效及全血黏度比较。方法对90例糖尿病性脑梗死患者随机分组,并对两组患者治疗前后的神经功能评分,比较治疗前后血液流变学改变。结果 90例DCI患者丹红治疗组基本痊愈14例(31.3%),而对照组基本痊愈6例(13.3%),两组相比较P<0.05。治疗组治疗前后全血高切黏度比较P<0.01,而对照组为P<0.05。两组均未发现明显副作用。结论丹红注射液治疗糖尿病性脑梗死安全、有效。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and observe the whole blood viscosity of Danhong Injection for diabetic cerebral infarction. Methods Ninty cases of diabetic cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Danhong Injection was used for 45 cases in the treatment group. Dextran-40 was used for 45 cases in the control group. Results The cure rates of the treatment group and the control group were 31.3%and 13.3% ,respectively,with a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. There was a significant difference in the whole blood viscosity of the treatment group between pre-treatment by Danhong Injection and post-treatment by Danhong Injection（P〈0.01）. There was a significant difference in the whole blood viscosity of the control group between pre-treatment by dextran-40 and post-treatment by dextran-40（P〈0.05）. No obvious side effects were found in both groups. Conclusion Danhong injection is effective and safe in the treatment of diabetic cerebral infarction.
