Luna-260型伽玛刀治疗脑干胶质瘤的临床分析

摘要 目的探讨伽玛刀治疗脑干胶质瘤的疗效。方法应用Luna-260型月亮神全身伽玛刀治疗脑干胶质瘤61例,其中一次性治疗25例,分次治疗36例。结果随访61例,一年内好转率为83.60%,恶化率为9.84%,死亡率为6.56%。结论 Luna-260型月亮神全身伽玛刀治疗脑干胶质瘤具有创伤小、并发症和后遗症少、适应范围广、疗效好、简便安全等优点,是具有一定临床实用价值的治疗方法。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of gamma knife radiosurgery for Brainstem glioma. Methods 61 cases of Brainstem glioma were treated with Luna-260 gamma knife.25 cases were treated once,36 cases were treated 6 - 12 times. Results All patients were followed one year. 83.60% of the patients was improved in one year,9.84% was deteriorated,6.56% was died. Conclusion The treatment with Luna-260 gamma knife of Brainstem glioma is a good therapy method which is sample, good efficacy, wide range of use and little adverse.
