电子信息产业标准资源与服务平台的建设可以大大提高整个产业对标准化知识的利用,提升产业国际竞争力。目前我国在这方面的总体水平还难以满足我国科技与经济发展的需要,与发达国家如美国、日本、欧盟等相比,仍有很大的差距。建议我国可以借鉴发达国家的成功经验,立足国情,在"十二五"期间坚持整体规划、分步实施、重点突破,积极稳妥地推进电子信息产业标准资源与服务平台的建设,提升产业竞争力,促进信息化与工业化的融合。

The electronic information industry standard resources and the circular, the advisory service platform＇s construction may enhance the entire industry greatly to the standardized knowledge use, the promotion of industry international competitiveness. At present our country also has a big gap in keeping up with our country science and technology and the economic development＇s demand, comparing with the U.S., Japan, European Union and so on. Suggested that our country in＂twelve＂period learn from those developed country＇s successful experience and carry out the series measure to improve our standard resources and the circular, the advisory service platform construction＇s level, industry competitive power which will be helpful to the fusion between informatization and the industrialization on the basis of China current situation.
