纤维结合素结构域与肿瘤 被引量:2

摘要 纤维结合素是广泛存在于机体中的糖蛋白,它参与了机体众多生理及病理过程。纤维结合素的功能是由其结构域(domains)来决定的,其中包括细胞结构域、高亲和肝素结构域及V区等。目前研究表明,这些结构域与肿瘤的发生、发展以及浸润转移有着密切关系,具有促瘤抑瘤两面性。
