摘要
建筑工程的质量问题对我国经济的健康发展有着直接而深远的影响,而我国的工程建设和建筑业近年虽然有了较快发展,但在发展过程中也出现了一些问题,特别是工程质量问题所带来的严重影响。文章在分析工程项目质量的构成及影响因素的基础上,着重分析了建筑质量目前存在的问题及如何加强质量管理等问题。
The quality of construction works has direct and profound influence on the healthy development of China＇s economy.Although building and construction projects in China have rapid development in recent years, there have been some problems in the development process, especially severe impact caused by projects quality problems. On the basis of project quality and impact factors ,it analyzed the existing problems and how to strengthen quality control and other issues.
